ADMISSIONS PROCESS

  1. Admissions form submitted and child added to waiting list
  2. Places confirmed via email (unless requested otherwise), usually 2 months in advance of the starting term
  3. Settling-in session arranged
  4. Start date and key person allocated

KEY PERSON

Your child will be allocated a member of staff as a key person throughout their time at pre-school.

The key person will have special responsibility for your child and will be in charge of their observation file.

The key person is available to discuss any issues or answer any questions you may have and they will be the person who discusses your child’s progress at our regular parent liaison meetings.

All key person groups are colour coded – that colour will be found on your child’s name card and book bag.

FEES

We accept Government funding for 2, 3 & 4 year olds. Fees are charged if your child attends for more than the funded sessions. We also accept Childcare Vouchers.

For more information on the funding of pre-school education, please refer to https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/cms/public-site/help-paying-childcare

Current charges for UNFUNDED sessions are:
